⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A Bride for Richard takes the reader back to the days of horse-drawn carriages. This book is written in such detail, it’s easy to become immersed in days long gone. A number of plots spring up simultaneously which are somehow related.
Richard is a sheriff in need of a bride. Having exhausted his options locally he turns to a mail order bride. Set during the Civil War numerous family stories are intertwined. Lyndia, Richard’s mail order bride, comes with some baggage. Her story is is a sad and scary one. I enjoyed this book.
